Erin Core is strategic communications leader with 15 years in ad agencies, Erin has spent the last 5 years in the Strategic Planning departments at Clemenger and Y&R, focusing on helping brands grow and adapt for the future. Part of her job is knowing what the cultural and marketing trends are, and knowing how to apply them to the brands she works with.

In Sydney and Brisbane, she’s worked with clients like Arnott’s, PwC, Weis, DELL, RACQ, Tabcorp, Blue Care and has been lucky enough to collect a few awards along the way.

In her spare time, she teaches AdSchool industry courses for the Communications Council, and is getting hands-on training in construction by building an architectural home in Brisbane.

Monique Lillicrap’s career in media and marketing has seen her play all the roles of client, creative and consultant, and experiment with every genre; film, tv, radio, digital and interactive. This thrilling ride - over two decades - has taken her all over the world, living and working in Europe, Asia, the USA and now back home to Australia.

Monique's forte is strategic marketing and sales, creating a smooth partnership to capture both heart and head, passion and profit.

Monique firmly believes the best is yet to come, by harnessing the power of the modern media and technology tool kit to improve empathy, education, sustainability and community.
